Using Oakalytics

You may use Oakalytics only in compliance with applicable law and these terms. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. You must provide accurate account information and must not impersonate another person.

You may not misuse the service, disrupt its operation, evade access or rate limits, probe for vulnerabilities without written authorization, automate abusive requests, upload malicious content, or use public features to harass others or share unlawful material.

Accounts and shared content

An account is optional for most features but may be required for cloud-backed or public features. We may limit or suspend access needed to protect users, infrastructure, or the service.

You retain ownership of content you create. When you publish a share code, username, score, team, build, or related content, you give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, copy, process, and display it only as needed to operate and secure the feature. Do not submit content you do not have the right to share.

Fan project and third-party services

Oakalytics is an independent fan-made companion app. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or approved by Nintendo, Game Freak, Creatures Inc., The Pokémon Company, Pokémon Showdown, Smogon, Limitless, PokéAPI, ChampionsLab, Pokémon Zone, PokéBase, Serebii, or any other referenced source.

Pokémon and all related names, characters, artwork, sprites, logos, mechanics, data, and other intellectual property belong to their respective owners. Third-party data and links may be incomplete, delayed, or unavailable and are governed by the relevant provider's terms.

No competitive, financial, or professional guarantee

Oakalytics provides informational and entertainment tools. Team suggestions, calculations, usage data, simulations, and game outcomes may contain errors and do not guarantee tournament or gameplay results. Game Corner credits and prizes are fictional, have no monetary value, and cannot be purchased, sold, or redeemed.

Availability and disclaimer

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, permanent storage, error-free results, or compatibility with every device. Keep your own backups of data that matters to you.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of data, loss of use, or reliance on app output. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Ending use and changes

You may stop using Oakalytics at any time and may delete your account from the Trainer account panel. Provisions that by their nature should survive account deletion—including ownership, disclaimers, and limitations of liability—will survive.

We may update the app or these terms as the service changes. Material changes will be identified by a new effective date. Continued use after updated terms take effect means you accept them, to the extent permitted by law.
